RETURN POLICY

WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?

You have 14 days from the date you receive the product to request a return.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE/RETURN MY ORDER?

The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed in its original packaging. To initiate the return process, please email returns@vegeek.com with information about your order and reason for return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon inspection after receiving your item, we reserve the right to reject the return/exchange due to but not limited to :

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

- Any item worn, has abnormal smell or marks, ex. cigarette smell, food stains, etc.

I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED, FAULTY, INCORRECT PRODUCT

If you have received a damaged product or the wrong order, please take photos of the product and contact us immediately at returns@vegeek.com. We will endeavour to resolve the problem by either repaying funds or resending the product.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS?

Yes, all customers are responsible for their own return costs. We recommend sending your return with a tracking option so that we can track your order. Vegeek is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

IMPORTANT:

- do not send the return to the address on the package. To make a return, please write to us at returns@vegeek.com
- when sending a return, please write "RETURN" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned to you.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

After receiving and checking the returned product, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 14 days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

DIFFERENCES IN COLOUR DISPLAY

Please note that products may differ slightly from the colours displayed on the screen. Such deviations are not considered a defect.
